Kusadasi – National Park
The National Park is a huge park (covering a 28.000 hectare area) which starts at Guzelcamli and lays on Dilek Peninsula. It is a 6km-wide park with lots of wildlife. It is a paradise with its mountains, beaches, foliage and ecology.
Due to its stunning sceneries, clean beaches and environment, the national park is used quite often as a place to have a picnic by the locals as well as tourists. You can find picnic tables, bathrooms and showers for your comfort. You can also find coffee houses in the region.
There are several beaches which you can relax for the day, most important ones being Kavakli and Icmeler. But if you’d rather take a walk, you can try the canyon. A long trek around the mountains might be perfect for those seeking solitude. The local flora varies greatly with beautiful flowers. There are also lots of different bird species all around the park.
You can get to the National Park through Kusadasi-Soke highway. The park is about 25 km away from the center of Kusadasi.
